Getting Started & Dashboard

Welcome to Booknesta. The Dashboard is the first page you see upon logging in and serves as the command center for your business.

Dashboard Overview

At the top of your dashboard, you will find three primary metric cards that give you a real-time snapshot of your performance:

  • Active Bookings: The total number of upcoming, confirmed reservations.
  • Total Revenue: The estimated value of completed and upcoming bookings based on service prices.
  • New Customers: The number of unique clients who have booked with you recently.

Below the metrics, a dynamic line chart visualizes your booking trends over the last 30 days, helping you identify your busiest periods.

Onboarding Wizard

If you are a new user, a prominent "Welcome" card will guide you through the mandatory setup steps. The system checks your progress in real-time. You must complete these in order:

  1. Create at least one Location.
  2. Add at least one Service.
  3. Add at least one Employee and assign them working hours.

Once these three steps are complete, the onboarding banner disappears, and your public booking page is ready to accept customers!
